For your own protection and for the protection of others, Chippewa Valley Orthopedics will require that anyone entering the building wearing a mask or other form of facial covering. Exceptions are made for those younger than two years old or those with medical conditions that prohibit wearing a mask. If a personal mask is not available, a disposable mask with be provided.
